The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed signs of intoxication. The driver was requested to attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken inot custody and transported to a breath testing facility. During a search of the vehicle marijuana and a weapon were discovered and seized. The driver refused to submit a breath sample. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
