The driver of the subject vehicle was located and interviewed. During the interview the officer observed the odor of alcohol and other signs of alcohol use. The driver admitted to the collision with parked vehicles. The driver attempted SFSTs and was not able to successfully complete them. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver's breath sample confirmed they were over the legal limit of alcohol. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. A collision report was also completed. |
