The officer met with University Housing staff who had been conducting Health and Safety inspections and smelled what was believed to be marijuana. The subjects were interviewed by the officer and staff members. The subjects admitted to possessing the contraband and voluntarily handed over the narcotics to the officer. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. The contraband was seized. |
