The subject was stopped while returning to the vehicle and was given feild sobriety tests. It was determined that the subject was intoxicated. While investigating the situation it was also discovered that the subject had no vehicle registration in their possesion. The subject was given citations for improper backing and no registration. The subject was transported by CCU DPS to their home and the vehicle was towed. |
