The Police Officer responded and gave the subject feild sobriety tests which the subject failed. While the officers were trying to find someone to pick up the subject and transport them home the subject began yelling obscenities at the officers. The subject was given a citation for Public Disorderly Conduct and taken to the Horry County Detention Center. |
