The driver was given feild sobriety tests after the officers observed the driver acting in a manner consistant with someone who had been drinking. The driver did not pass the feild sobriety tests and was transported to a breath alcohol testing site where the driver refused to be tested. The driver was given a citation for DUI and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
