The victim and evidence were taken to Waccamaw hospital where the victim was examine by a SANE nurse. The subject alledges that eh sex was consentual although the victim was know by the subject to have been drinking. Evidence has been collected, subjects and witnesses have been interviewed. The incident has been refered into the Campus Judicial System. |
