Upon their arrival they found the apartment occupied by persons who they determined did not live there. The officers found the door to a bedroom broken and not securable in the apartment. The resident of the bedroom was contacted by phone and advised to come to CCU DPS in person when they return to campus. University Place management is aware of the situation. |
