The complainant described the vehicle and driver for the officer. The complainant also told the officer where the vehicle might be found. The officer found the vehicle parked at a Scotchman and spoke with the occupant. The occupant was slurring their words and was unsteady while standing. The occupant was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Horry County Detention Center, their vehicle was towed. |
