The officers made contact with the victim who was already in the care of an Horry County fire/Rescue officer. The victim was refusing to cooperate and the CCU DPS officers had to use physical force to gain the compliance of the victim. The victim lashed out at all the officers involved. the victim was transported to the Conway Medical Center and evaluated by a doctor. The doctor released the victim to the victim's parents. The victim was given a citation for simple assault for their actions during the incident. |
