When the officers arrived on the scene a member of Residence Life had already interviewed the subject and the subject had already retrieved the contraband. The subject confirmed the contraband belonged to them too the officers. The subject was written citations for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and for underage possession of alcohol. |
