The officers observed underage persons in possession of alcohol. The residents were located, identified and interviewed. Two residents were issued citations for breach of the Peace and underage possession of alcohol, the third resident was issued a citation for Breach of the Peace, and was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
