The subjects were loud and disrespectful towards the staff member and the officer and were given a chance to calm down. When the subjects did not calm down the two subjects were arrested and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. Two other subjects in the apartment were referred into the campus judicial system. Alcohol was observed in the apartment by residence life staff and CCU DPS officers. |
