The subject was identified and the substance and possible paraphernalia were seized. The subject gave consent for a search during which alcohol was found in the apartment. The subject was given citations for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and released. The alcohol will be handled through Residence Life. This incident is being referred into the Campus Judicial System. |
