When officers arrived they observed nine individuals in the apartment with a large amount of empty and partially full alcohol containers. Of the nine subjects two were determined to be of legal age to posses alcohol, the other seven were underage. The two of legal age were written citations for transfer of alcohol. The underage subjects were written citations for underage possession. Four subjects were found to not be CCU students and were removed from campus. This incident is being referred to Campus Judicial Affairs. |
