While interviewing the driver and passenger the officer noticed signs of intoxication in both subjects. The driver was given standardized field sobriety tests and then taken to a breath testing facility. The driver did not register alcohol in his breath and was transported to the Conway Medical Center for further tests. The driver was given a citation for DUI, the passenger was given a citation for public intoxication. Both subjects were transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
