The driver failed to dim the headlights for oncoming traffic and the officer stopped the vehicle. The officer interviewed the driver and passenger. Alcohol was observed in the vehicle. Both subjects were given citations for underage possession of alcohol, the driver was also cited for moving violations, and no DL in possession. Both the driver and the passenger were transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The passenger was found to have pending warrants with two other agencies. The agencies were notified. |
