There were not any people in or near the vehicle. The officer observed paraphernalia inside the vehicle. While the officers were investigating the vehicle the driver and two passengers showed up. All three were interviewed. The driver was found to be in possession of marijuana and admitted to possessing the paraphernalia. The driver was given two citations and released. |
