(confirmed by RADAR) and attempted to stop the vehicle. The driver attempted to evade the officer and tried to hide. The officer followed the vehicle and located the driver. The driver was given SFST's and was not able to complete them. The driver was taken to the Horry County Detention Center and cosented to giving a braeth sample which showed the driver's BAC to be over the legal limit. The driver remained at the Horry County Detention Center. |
