The officers located the subject room and made contact with the resident. The resident consented to a search. During the search paraphernalia and drugs were discovered. The subject was given a citation for possession of paraphernalia and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. A hold was placed on the subject until a warrant for the possession charge could be obtained.
01/20/2011 Warrants were obtained and served on the subject. The subject was released on surety bond until trial. |
