The officer stopped the vehicle and interviewed the driver. The driver was asked to perform SFSTs and was unable to complete the tests properly. The driver was arrested and taken to a breath testing facility. The driver refused a breath test. The driver was given citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
