The driver was interviewed and agreed to attempt SFSTs. The driver could not properly complete the SFSTs. The driver was transported to a breath analysis site and agreed to give a breath sample. The driver was determined to be over the legal limit and was arrested and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
