The officers observed the loud noise and made contact with the occupants of the apartment. Officers interviewed the subjects at the scene. The officers requested and were granted permission to search. The officers determined the subjects were in possession of paraphernalia and marijuana. Two subjects were charged at the scene and released. This incident will also be referred into the Student Conduct System. |
