The officer stopped the vehicle and interviewed the driver. The driver was given the opportunity to complete SFSTs. A passenger in the vehicle was interviewed and discovered to be wanted in the City of Conway. The passenger was arrested by an HCPD officer. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs and was arrested.The driver was transported to a breath analysis site but the equipment was malfunctioning. The driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
