The officer stopped the vehicle and interviewed the driver. The driver was given the opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The driver could not successfully complete the SFSTs was arrested and was transported to a breath analysis site. The driver refused to submit a sample and was transported to the Horry County Detention Center the vehicle was towed. |
