The officer located and observed the vehicle and then stopped the vehicle and interviewed the driver. the driver was given the chance to attempt SFSTs but could not successfully complete them. the driver was arrested and taken to a breath testing site. The driver was determined to be over the legal limit and was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
