The driver was interviewed and identified. The driver was given the opportunity to attempt SFSTs. the driver was unable to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was arrested and transported to a breath testing site. The driver submitted a sample that showed the driver was over the legal limit. The driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
