The officer stopped the vehicle and interviewed the driver. While interviewing the driver alcohol was discovered in the vehicle. The driver and the passenger were both underage for possession of alcohol and were given citations. the driver was given an additional citation for disregarding a stop sign and the passenger was given a citation for possession of another's DL. The vehicle was released to a sober licensed driver. |
