A second officer responded to the scene located and interviewed the driver. the driver was determined to not be safe to control a vehicle due to intoxication. the driver was arrested and transported to a breath testing site. the driver's breath sample confirmed they were over the legal limit and the driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
