The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The driver could not successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was arrested and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to provide a breath sample and was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
