The officers and University housing staff made contact with the subject in reference to the subject being resident in the wrong bedroom. While interviewing the subject evidence of possible marijuana use was observed. The subject agreed to a search of their apartment and then voluntarily transferred their marijuana to the officers. The subject was issued a citation and released at the scene. This incident will also be referred to the University Student Conduct process. |
