The officer observed the driver's actions and stopped the vehicle. the driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs was arrested and transported to a breath testing location. The breath analysis showed no alcohol content. The subject agreed to provide a urine sample. The subject was then transported to the Horry County Detention Center. the vehicle was towed. |
