The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The subject was unable to successfully complete the SFSTs. The subject was arrested and transported to a breath testing facility. The subject supplied a breath sample which confirmed they were over the legal limit. The subject was transported to the Horry County Detention Center, the vehicle was towed. |
