The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was issued a citation and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to submit a breath sample and was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
