The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt FSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the FSTs. While conducting the interview the driver was found to be in possession of a small bag of green leafy substance. The driver was transported to a breth testing facility and given an opportunity to give a breath sample. The subject refused to provide a sample. The subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
