The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt FSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the FSTs. The driver was arrested for DUI and transported to breath testing facility. The driver refused to submit a breath sample. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
