The officer met with University Housing at the scene and then made contact with the subject. The subject was interviewed and confessed the location of the marijuana and paraphernalia. The apartment was searched and no other drugs or paraphernalia were found. The subject was issued two citations and released. All contraband was seized. This incident is also being referred into the student conduct process for the University. |
