The officer later observed loud noise at the residences again and contacted the residents again. All non-residents were removed from the premises. The residents were all issued citations for breach of peace and released. One non-resident was issued a citation for breach of peace and transported to the Horry County Detention Center a second non-resident was issued a citation for underage possession of alcohol and released. |
