The officers observed a large gathering of people at the subject residence and began to clear all non-residents and attempted to locate a resident. A resident was eventually located and interviewed. The resident was issued citations and released at the scene. A second subject was found to be underage and in possession issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
