The officer attempted to stop the motorcycles. One motorcycle was involved in a minor accident and the officer stopped to investigate. The officer observed clues that the subject may be under the influence of alcohol and gave the subject an opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The subject was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The subject was transported to a breath testing facility and provided a breath sample. The subject was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The motorcycle was towed from the scene. |
