The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The subject was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs and was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The subject provided a breath sample which confirmed that they were over the legal limit. The subject was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center, the vehicle was towed. |
