The officer met with University Housing staff at the subject location. The officer and staff member made contact with the occupants of the apartment. The three subjects were interviewed and a fourth roommate was contacted and requested to return to the apartment. The fourth subject returned to the apartment and consented to a search. Marijuana was discovered during the search. Due to the quantity of marijuana and information from the interview the subject was charged with possession with intent to distribute and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
