The officers located the subject apartment and made contact with the occupants. The subjects were interviewed and consented to searches of their spaces. During the searches marijuana, paraphernalia, and alcohol were discovered. The two subjects in possession of the contraband were issued citations and released. A non-student present in the residence was issued a trespass notice and required to leave the property. |
