The driver was interviewed and submitted to SFSTs. The driver was able to successfully complete the SFSTs but did admit to consuming alcohol and being under 21 years of age. The subject was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility under the zero tolerance. The breath sample confirmed the driver was over the zero tolerance level. |
