The driver was interviewed and attempted SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The subject provided a breath sample that confirmed they were over the legal limit. The subject was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
