The officer attempted to make contact with the subjects who fled at his approach. The officer attempted to locate the subjects and made contact with the residents of two apartments. The residents at both apartments were requested to have all non-residents leave due to the noise. Residents of one apartment were compliant the residents of the other refused to cooperate. One of the residents at the second apartment became loud and boisterous in public. The subject was issued a citation and released. |
