Radar confirmed that the vehicle was traveling well over the speed limit. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was interviewed. The driver was requested to attempt SFSTs and agreed. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was transported to a breath testing facility and refused to submit a sample. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
