The driver was asked to attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The breath sample confirmed that the driver was over the legal limit. The driver was transported by their request to Conway Medical Center for evaluation and treatment before being transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
