The officer interviewed the victim who described the circumstances of the incident. The victim had attempted to use the bill at Gullies and it was refused and confiscated. The officer then went to Gullies and interviewed the staff member who had checked and confiscated the bill. The staff member released the bill to the officer. The officer's investigation determined that the bill was not counterfeit. The currency was returned to the victim. |
