The officer made contact with the driver at the scene. The driver was interviewed and the officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to submit a breath sample. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. A collision report was completed and the vehicle was towed. |
